Deepsight drop rates for Neomuna guns need a serious boost, I spent nearly 12 hours over the course of this weekend grinding terminal overloads, gold patrols, and got my nimbus rank to 33 . I got 4 deepsights, over a collective 12+ hours of grinding. Wtf is this?

62 engrams at the war table and ONLY 2 RED BOARDERS this is a joke. I have been playing Destiny 2 nonstop for just over a 18 months now, and this among other stuff in this game is seriously turning me off this game. To the point where I'm actively looking for another game to dive into.

Working as intended? Regardless of what we think and some say about so called "RNG", it's all in hands of Bungie. Their algorithms. In all fairness - last season they provided for the Leviathan daily engram focusing. Also in all fairness that happened months after people had to grind and grind. For Neomuna it's meant for one year. Aside of intentional low drop rates it's us who think we need everything in the first week(s), FOMO encouraged by streamers playing this game as a profession. All in our minds and all an illusion.

All they’d need to do is make your first weekly completion of the Partition mission drop a guaranteed deepsight for a weapon you don’t have yet. Instantly better. At this rate, I’m tired of wasting time looking for more deepsight HCs. Apparently there’s going to be a way to pay glimmer and enhancement cores to deepsight a weapon you have, so I’ll probably end up waiting for that.

Yeah it is a rough grind, I managed to complete all of mine by rank 50. Estimating around 20 hours of gameplay. In all honesty with how strong both the round robin and phyllotactic spiral are in their craftable forms I would say this is probably acceptable…. Although I am sure most would disagree, I also felt the same until I had them crafted and was using them in trials. Both of them absolutely slap in PvP, not to mention both look amazing with the trials momento on them.

You’ve gotta old into the TO activity, do any gold patrols, sparrow to the next one, do any gold patrols, then fast travel to the other location. If none are there, load into the TO and repeat. Going for rep from Nimbus and doing TO us a waste unless you load in and they are on the final wave. Do this and it should shave off several hours

i had 4 red border loop fusion rifle, and the grind was unreal, so i deleted a char then started the campaigne again to get that 5th and final red border loop so i could craft it.

What I find not fun is there isn’t a target farm method. Terminal O simply hasn’t dropped any red for me, and it prolly doesn’t. Gold patrol is so rare. Unlike the previous one where you can farm that event and get keys to open chests lol

None of the Terminal Overload weapons are craft able. Gold Patrols and Nimbus rank ups only way to get red borders.
