I have verified my SMS since I play on PC and Xbox however, the game is stuck with "Speak with Lord Shaxx" under Competitive crucible and Lord Banner. (Same issue with Lord Banner) When I try to 'speak' with them, No quest or option to unlock them shows. This is happening with my Hunter and my Warlock.
