Last week I went flawless towards the end of the reset. I got my flawless and went to the lighthouse to claim my rewards. I went there with my friend who also went flawless. We both opened the final chest but I did not receive the adept smg. I didn’t get one at all. My friend got one and I didn’t I received a memento and I have the glow but I don’t have the weapon. I checked everything, not in postmaster not even in collections the game shows I never received the weapon. How can this get fixed
