I have the AB Pulse mod unlocked on my scepter. I have a pulse rifle on. I do not have AB pulse rifle on said pulse rifle - or any for that matter. For some reason, the only time I have anti-barrier is when I drop a well of light or go radiant - and then it's all of my weapons. Linked to a twitter post with images.
