Moon and Europa are both campaign worlds but they don't have craftable weapons whereas Throne world and Neomuna have. Allowing their weapons to be crafted would improve those destinations somewhat. They are also part of purchasable content with Shadowkeep and Beyond light respectively so this would increase their monetary value ;) Some weapons could use refreshed perks with that as well.
