There is footage of people who wiped and it still counted the clear for them. These two teams experienced the exact same thing my team did, but for them it counted the clear and for my team it did not. I do not see the difference in these situations. Everyone is reporting the same thing, but for some people it counted and for some it didn't. Nobody in my team had any internet or connection issues and all of our encounters prior to this have been completed (which can be seen when I'm checking my triumphs). We all reported getting completion engrams, seasonal keys and completing Ada-1 bounties. So on some level, there was a completion registered somewhere. Also, the same situation counted as a clear for some players. I would really love to know why. For the record, 5 out of 6 people in my footage got the clear again later. Our 6th simply had to leave several hours after the footage I posted, as he was having really bad health-related issues. He was absolutely devastated over this. He saw the boss dead with his own eyes and his Ada-1 bounty finished, relaying to him that he cleared the encounter, but it for some reason did not count. He absolutely deserves the clear and the emblem. He stood next to us as the boss turned into a tree. Slightly related also, I did the math on the damage shown in PGCR after this clear and after our clear later which counted. We did more total damage in the fake clear. This likely has something to do with how crit spot damage works prior to the dps phase, but it's just a funny added insult to injury that a clear with less damage is the one that counted. There are teams who died to the wipe and received a successful clear. If this is just latency, I understand, but would love to get an additional clarification. If it helps at all, my team was comprised of three people in the USA, two in Europe and one in Australia which may have contributed to the latency or server problem. However, my successful clear was 2USA/2EU/2AU so not sure what could've changed. I know this is most likely an entirely closed issue, but to me it's simply not a properly resolved issue. There's obvious evidence, including a high profile streamer, of instances where the wipe mechanic occured and the team still received the clear.

No! How do you explain teams surviving the wipe? How do you explain the engrams? The bounties completed? The weapon progress? Other triumphs being completed like the ‘Synchronicity’ triumph which denotes completing the encounter, yet they did not get the horticulturist triumph? Teams that died 4 times to this and was unable to get the day one emblem?! Unacceptable. Thank you.
