Why make the game harder than what it is already? If I’m a guardian I want to feel powerful not squishy the games difficulty right now is fine just give us new strikes instead of reworked old ones and what’s the point of power leveling if the levels are getting removed by 5,15,25 levels in high level content. Everything just seems backwards

For real Bungie just keeps adding artificial difficulty wizards boss flying over the edge rendering many of your weapons useless shield dudes who will smack you and send you flying a million miles an hour across the map doodle shoot bombs that just throw you up in the air so people can stun lock you in the air leaving you helpless I'm off for a challenge but this is just BS make it a real challenge not artificial b******* where little noobs carrying Shields can throw you off the map or die by get hurled a thousand miles an hour into a wall because they smack you. SMH I mean come on that's BS I solo majority of the time getting killed by some cheese -blam!- s*** at the end when the boss has like 1% health left is utter garbage ! Dying is one thing dying to b******* like that is a whole nother! I personally think Destiny is hard enough as it is but if they want to make it harder that's all right just don't do it the way they've been doing it with the artificial crap. There's many raids and and dungeons that I have yet to do because they're too hard and I'm at max power level , I see those who do them solo but I'm just not one of them yet. Bungie please fix yourself and Destiny get your heads out of your asses . Stop half assing on your job , I'm sure you all make pretty good money so why don't you start earning it by doing a job at your job! AND STOP MAKING THINGS HARDER JUST TO THROW A BIG MIDDLE FINGER TO EVERYONE THAT PLAYS THE GAME AND HAS MADE COMPLAINTS ABOUT IT because it really feels that's what they're doing. 19 通の返信the game is pretty easy right now and i'm a casual. i saw people complaining about how difficult that season finale mission was to solo and i casually soloed it my first try, i did die in the beginning once because i didn't know exploder shanks came out and my volume was low. i feel like people are overreacting a bit, things won't be impossible and i'm sure people are going to find builds and ways to speed melt content.

3 通の返信I’m all for power-fantasy. But there has to be a balance. The enemies have to be powerful enough to be a credible threat, or you start to feel less powerful. Because you start to see them as a joke. It’s called “Hit and Giggle”. That stops being fun after awhile. It just becomes boring… and with the power upgrades we received last year, the core game was heading in that direction. If you’re a power cap level player, you really have to work hard to die in a strike playlist activity. They pose that little of a threat…and probably why the rewards are so poor.

You can turn your computer off and smash your keyboard against the wall and still be able to complete pretty much all content without really even thinking about it. Making it marginally less braindead just makes it a little more engaging, which is an objective plus.

1 返信Seems like a good change, I liked the challenge in D1 being a level 28 in a level 30 nightfall solo using underpowered weapons. Felt rewarding when I did it, instead of cheesing though the content as a level 9000 vs level 20 enemies.

3 通の返信Because that's what the streamers wanted chief. Game wasn't hard enough, so instead of using normal gear like everyone else and actually challenging themselves, they continued to use broken cheeseball builds and exploits. Naturally, it makes the game feel easy, and allows them to complain

3 通の返信With the changes coming to armors and subclasses you are going to have way better options for buildcrafting. Your characters will be stronger. These changes will not even be noticable.

4 通の返信Because “content is hard” reusing old content, nerfing and capping our power is easy. Especially when all they need to do to resell everything to players is change a couple of numbers.

Let this game go and hope some dev makes something less annoying than this farce. Also, Bungie always depowers the hell out of the player before every big expansion to slow us down. So hopelessly repetitive.

3 通の返信Two reasons. 1) Have you ever played Warframe? Like sat down and actually made some of the meta builds? There is power fantasy for days. I can piss into the wind and wind up in an hour+ long wave survival fighting level 200 enemies. Most bosses without massive resistances or health gates literally get one shotted even level 100+ versions. Its fun for all of about 3 hours… then its boring as hell and this game is the same way. 2) We’re the most powerful guardian sure… but were not a one man army capable of one punching gods. Guardians use skill and numbers to overcome powerful foes, not brute force. Thusly fighting powerful enemies should feel like an uphill battle to a degree All in all not much will change and you’ll adapt. Or you wont and in which case cool, move on to greener pastures

Because this franchise has become way too easy since Shadowkeep & the player has been empowered by hug margins over the past 3 year with build crafting & sub-class retuning. This game use to have the difficulty your talking about from 2014-2020. The vet players that played over that time remember a better game & request it return. That's why.

4 通の返信Idk about you but personally all the Master and GM content in this game feels too easy due to how much power creep we have received from Light 3.0. A slight increase in difficulty in end game content doesn’t seem like the end of the world. The only thing that genuinely stood out for me is them making lost sectors harder….because loot drops were very low??

3 通の返信Strike Playlist, Seasonal junk, etc isn’t changing other than the Unmatched Shield damage resist. It’s literally just Nightfalls, master raids, and Legend Lost Sectors getting harder. The only one to be upset about is the Lost Sectors and even then they weren’t much to begin with. Master Raids are going to be crazy now though…

10 通の返信Because it wasn't hard at all. You could literally bot walk through most of the content they're increasing the difficulty of and not be bothered. and the point of power leveling is going away too. Remember that there will be no power bump in season 21. Baby steps.

You can still “feel powerful” while allowing the enemies to have a chance at killing you.
