I think Bungie is going to D1 power system. After the initial level grind, rest of the season would not have cap increment. D1 nightfall is quite hard and strike is not easy as well. 400 is max level throughout. They will adjust the difficulty after few weeks i guess. For those who hate pinnacle grind, it is quite nice. Of course, there are portion of the base would be lost without the pinnacle pulling power. We will see when it drops. It is too early too call it.
