Disabling Cross Save defaulted to the wrong account

I was having issues with Game Chat and believe my PSN account was the problem since I've cross save to Steam. I haven't owned a PS4 in years so I was going to disable cross save so there wouldn't be anymore issues. When I did so, It defaulted to the PSN account and removed my Steam account from the cross save so now my Characters are stuck on the PSN account I no longer have access to. I wanted my characters solely on Steam but it's telling me I have to wait 89 days to relink and Lightfall drops in less than a week. Can you please reverse this? I tried to submit a ticket but there were no options for this specific issue. I need the characters on my Steam account only.

  • There is no way to reverse this as the 90 day cooldown is a mandatory thing. Your characters are PSN characters and cannot be transferred, only cross saved. The 90 day cooldown is part of Bungie's cross save policy and as such can't be reduced or removed.
