Disabling Cross Save defaulted to the wrong account
I was having issues with Game Chat and believe my PSN account was the problem since I've cross save to Steam. I haven't owned a PS4 in years so I was going to disable cross save so there wouldn't be anymore issues. When I did so, It defaulted to the PSN account and removed my Steam account from the cross save so now my Characters are stuck on the PSN account I no longer have access to. I wanted my characters solely on Steam but it's telling me I have to wait 89 days to relink and Lightfall drops in less than a week.
Can you please reverse this? I tried to submit a ticket but there were no options for this specific issue. I need the characters on my Steam account only.

CUROCHにより編集済み: 2/20/2023 11:53:34 PMIf you no longer had access to your PS account then you wouldn’t of been able to disable cross save in the first place. You had to know that once you disabled cross save it would remove the mirrored characters from your steam account. You will now have to start over on steam or wait until you can enable cross save again or go buy a PlayStation to use for the 90 days.

There is no way to reverse this as the 90 day cooldown is a mandatory thing. Your characters are PSN characters and cannot be transferred, only cross saved. The 90 day cooldown is part of Bungie's cross save policy and as such can't be reduced or removed. Your PSN characters were being shared to Steam while cross-save was active, and anything you did while on Steam, was being done on a profile and characters being shared to it. Now cross-save has been removed, those PSN characters are once again PS-only and your old, dormant Steam profile has become active again on Steam. Unfortunately the only fix is to re-establish cross-save to once again share the PSN characters to Steam, after the 90-day cooldown elapses, or, to abandon those characters and play only on Steam (any season passes you may have purchased on Steam, will have been applied to those PSN characters though and will have left with them).
