My warlock no longer has access to the Deep Explorer Boots universal ornaments. I have acquired it in collections, but it no longer appears in the unlocked universal ornaments, or in the locked universal ornaments. I've tried finding the ornament via the individual armor ornament menu, and the appearance customization menu, with no luck. Every other ornament and piece of armor from the Season of the Haunted is available to be unlocked, except for the warlock Deep Explorer Boots. I have photos showcasing the missing universal ornaments, the acquired armor in collections, and evidence of myself wearing the universal ornaments from half a year ago. This is really the only warlock boot ornament I like using, and it's really frustrating that I can't access it anymore. Any help getting this issue resolved would be really appreciated.
