I can’t say I use it, primarily because the lack of recovery with it is terrifying, but it’s also because no other subclass uses it so I don’t really feel the need to learn it because it’s not really an option. However I can say the fact that stormcaller doesn’t have it never really made since to me because it’s not like blink breaks the game or anything it would simply just be another movement option. As for strand I could totally see it having an aspect attached to it that spawns threadlings upon exiting blink or something as the extra dimensionality of it definitely works. Although it would look nice I don’t think stasis would really make use of it all that well as it’s super is most effective airborne and unless the hovering becomes intrinsic to it without the jump I can’t really see it being all that useful to the subclass .
Right but we are talking about players like myself who have mained it since D1 launch. We are shoe horned into Voidwalker for PvP. It would be nice to have an alternative as a Warlock and be able to use the a new subclass.
Im not arguing against it, more that shadebinder may not really be able to make use of it, the fact stormcaller doesn’t have it at this point is total Bs. although I wonder if maybe they should make blink a core movement mechanic for warlocks like quickly activating (glide) causes any subclass to blink instead of glide or holding glide allows for the glide of choice, this function could be turned off but would give greater forgiveness in a long fall situation lending power to pve and par core situations while increasing competitiveness in PvP of the class as a whole
