Allo there,
Did you goto orbit before turning off your console? If not then that will be why it didn't goto the post master as that's what tells the game to send items there. Unfortunately if it's not in your postmaster, inventory or collections then you'll need to earn it again.

I appreciate the information, I've been wondering about it pretty much all day.. thank you for clearing things up. I didn't know if it was a bug or something else on my end.
