Mask of the Quiet One(no synergy, to passive and niche, take away health regen, and grant a specific bonus for completing a objective(Precious scars does this way better anyway)
Khepris (too niche to be viable/no solar synergy)
Eternal warrior(Add more utility to Fist of Havoc other then a 75hp overshield.
Citans(nerfed way to hard)
Second chance(Give melee energy on shield throw hit,(Monte Carlo of armor))
Point-Contact Cannon Brace(insurmountable exists)
Hallowfire Heart(Heart of Inmost makes this irrelevant)
Severance Enclosure. (IDK enough in this exotic, but never see it in any PvE or PvP setting, assuming it’s too niche)
Mk.44 Stand Aside(Buff stacking nerf(roaring flames) and 1/2Punch nerf killed these in PvE)(Lightfall might remove Heavy handed, nail in the coffin)
Phoenix Cradle(these are on the boarder of being useful)
Warlock:
Skull of Dire(FOR THE LOVE OF GOD,MAKE IT ADD SOMETHING TO THE NOVA BOMB)
Apotheosis Veil(least used exotic in the game)
Felwinters Helm(It’s one finisher build is good in GM’s, but with armor charge taking stacks in Lightfall, how strong this will be will depend on that system)
Dawn Chorus(bro…just revert it back to what it used to do SMFH)
Winter guile(it’s now 3.5x instead of 7x, with the same duration….double it’s duration ffs)
Contraverse Hold(hear me out…it’s a S tier exotic, but it should grant the Chaos accelerant by default OR allow me to charge up my grenades without having to use the aspect)
Chromatic Fire(It needs to apply Scorch,Blind and volatile on the respective explosions, increase damage by 25-30%)
Geomags(add something else to arc neutral game or other utility to Chaos reach)
Promethium Spurs(kinda sleeper, but needs more utility as Dawnblade is useless in PvE. Would love to see it changed from “Solar weapon kills” to “any weapon kill”)
Sanguine Alchemy(God tier if doing content with endless ad spawns,(I’ve had 26 rifts down at once) but has zero utility or use outside of Alters of Sorrow)
Vesper of Radius(Cool concept, but in low end content it’s overkill and fun, anything above Legend it’s useless compared to anything else rift wise. Allow it to jolt on rift placement, or scorch and volatile depending on subclass. Make arc shockwave deal much more damage)
Hunter:
Celestial Nighthawk(grant super refund on HIT and not kill. Enemies killed by celestial now detonate in a ignition)
Foetrace(When in combat for 10 seconds, Grants up to 20% more damage to combatants depending on health (5% at 30% health-20% at 15% and below). Marks targets (PvE only)every 8 seconds(can only have one at a time) killing that target grants health recovery, 10% weapon/ability damage and 15% to all your abilities.(think of it as the Lorentz driver/bounty hunter of armor)
Gwisin Vest(Combatants hit by heavy attacks are now de-buffed(15%) and take up to 100% more damage the longer you attack a single target. (On top of super regen)).
KnuckleHead(now gives enhanced radar all the time, radar stays active while ads, and while ads or strafing, you now show on enemies radars half as frequent)
Lucky Raspberry(arc bolts apply jolt by default, have 25% increased search range, grants 10% grenade energy per enemy hit(if it’s not refunded). On top of current effect)
Ophidia Spathe(Allows all knifes to scorch(if not already) and passively applies Ember of Ashes and Singeing)
Radiant Dance machines(no idea what they could do lol rip)
Renewal Grasps(Half the penalty for using duskfields)
Sealed Grasps(Grants 100 handling after melee hit for 10 seconds, passively grants 25 AE, and additional 30 after kill for 5 seconds. Targets hit by charged melee while in the air increased damage to combatants by 15% for 7 seconds.)
Shards of Galanor(Blade barrage knives now apply 5 scorch each)hitting a full barrage causes a ignition)
Shinobus(grants 15% grenade(up from 10)
