We already knew weeks before a “Hot Fix” was coming but did they it. …Hours spent in game after the hot fix was dispatched players barely noticed oh I missing a few medals plus missing triumph & seals too 😨

I'm not saying it's right, but that doesn't mean they didn't test their patch first before releasing it, that would be crazy. Unforseen things can and do happen no matter what kinda work/business you're in. Also everyone F's up from time to time and those that say they don't are outright liers. In the grand scheme of things, it's one day off out of 365 in a year, that's not too bad I think.

That's an app, the game was still online. You could still play it.
