Not at all.
If you unlocked them in the S17 season pass but didn't collect them in the 3-4 months and them in the 3-4 months of S18 through the website, than theres nothing can be done, it's your own fault.

I didn't collect them because it never crossed my mind that this is how bungie handled things. I never expected to just NOT being given the things after season ends even though you paid for the stuff and reached the lvl because I didn't manually clicked on them. I also never expected to nor be able to go back and collect them at any later date. I guess it's my fault for expecting a functioning and logical system.

This is how Destiny has worked since the beginning In D2 at the fractions, the loot that you didn't collect also disappears as an an example, you had 4-6 months for that, more than enough. I'm sorry, but it's your own fault.🤷
