I know that some people are going to adamantly argue against me on this but witherhoard is a legitimate issue in high tier pvp. It has become a crutch for many people to undermine skill and gunplay. A workaround for those who lack skill elsewhere. In a 3v3 environment it negates any tactic or strategy. The weapon allows you to shut down any lane and prevents the enemy from capturing any objective. Not to mention the user takes barely any damage from firing the weapon on themselves. The damage that witherhoard deals to an enemy should be the same for the user. This would prevent a panic shot at the feet to break out of a sticky situation. The weapon has no counter making it completely out of place in pvp. Not to mention the destiny servers running on a 30 tic rate, this allows witherhoard to deal damage outside of its damage zone, killing players who are no longer standing in its pool.
