This has been an issue with my girlfriend and I for the last week or two.

it’s been that slow since last week, terrible to get bounties, faster to do the old D1 way…. go to every places to get them :/

I assume destiny is using this intentional slow down to promote the sales of new machines. Or they will start a monthly subscription to use the app. Any way possible to ruin the game for long time players.
