I've tried everything I can think of, cache clearing, power cycling, hard resetting my router and xbox, and unplugging all the cables. But for SOME reason my game ALWAYS crashes at some point when I'm trying to do Operation Seraph Shield. This crash will also happen randomly, but less frequently, outside of that activity. Not sure if this is related to the known "centipede" issue as, when I log back on after this crash happens, I will usually get the Centipede error code a few times while trying to log back on before it lets back on, but just wanted to make this known.
