A lot of this goes both ways. Best option is to block the person so you never play with them again.
Additionally not everyone in the world has thick skin. So if you feel like you’re being harassed, just leave and move on, complaining on a forum where Bungie doesn’t even monitor the posts won’t make a change.

i did with my titan, and when I go to the statue i can't interaction with. do me need to complete all again, and on secondly round interact with the statue? I don't know more what to do for get the quest for my titan, i did with my warlock and hunter without problem.

yep, i agree with block and I do block ppl like that, if u took a look of my block list are more than 40 ppl block, and that just here. but all time come news ones, i was upset than that happened to me so many times. nobody shouldn't be quiet about being harassed from another players.
