Idk why everyone is complaining about this. It's literally all of our faults. We complain about how the content has gotten easier and we wanted more of a challenge. What's going on right now is Bungie's new universal wipe mechanic. You want more difficult content? Well now you have it. You are now required to complete your activity in a randomly generated amount of time, collect your rewards, return to orbit and exit the game before the wipe mechanic procs. If you are almost about to exit the game and you see the "Contacting Destiny Servers", then the wipe has already begun and you're ₣ʊ₡₸™... You will lose all your rewards and the completion for said activity, and a select few may even lose a random triumph or two. 1 of 10,000 guardians will even lose their entire account. This was included in the free Roulette of Eternity update that released alongside of the dungeon.
