2 x Pop up for connection issues and then getting kicked with the error code "weasel"

I have issues with playing the game since I upgraded my windows version to windows 11. I can play completely normally any activity, but after about the first hour I will receive a "contacting to destiny 2 servers" 2 times in short succession and then the 3. time i will be kicked out of the game back into the login screen with a message and the error code "weasel". I looked up the error code and it means that I was banned from a certain activity. But I don't know why or what for neither do I know from what activity I was banned. If I really were banned, then why can I play for about 40-60 minutes before I get kicked? This happened to me in multiple activites as like: crucible, strikes, dungeons. I attached a recording that I posted on youtube. Please don't mind the audio, thats my friend in our native language. Is there a way to fix this problem?
