Is it just hate? It easy enough to do and has good rewards.

In fact, I think you should be able to pick what distraction goes to over to the enemy team other than blockers. What if there was another place to bank so you could choose to send a blocker and shut their bank or send over some annoying Attacker or bombardment of bullsh*tery? Blockers 5 motes - some trash enemy 10 motes - some meh enemy 15 motes - some tanky enemy 20 motes - some major enemy 25 motes - Mini boss with a beefy Overshield. Attackers 5 motes - random traps spawn near you (fallen slow mines, cabal turrets, scorn tethers, taken blights etc...) 10 motes - Faction based Snipers spawn somewhere on the map and take pot shots at you 15 motes - Random Turret enemy (Cabal turrets, Shrieker, Scorn GL captain, Vex Hydra or Wyvern, taken knight fire spewer) 20 motes - Random Champion(s) based on enemy type. OR Oryx's Bombardment 25 Motes - A Trio of Hive Guardians. Imagine going to bank your motes and then you get swarmed by 2 Overload Captains or Minotaurs.... Imagine you're going for DPS and then a Hive Guardian tosses a Banner shield and 1 shots everyone.... Crazy lunacy I tell you. [spoiler] actually that sounds even worse lol 😭 😭 [/spoiler]

The gambit primevil fights should be more like the new battlegrounds. More difficult ads with champions, immunity phase should be at half or third health bar & envoys should carry charges to break the shield. Also, only 2 heavy ammo chests per match, maybe reduce players to 3 instead of 4 & less invasion portal opportunities. Let's get more of a challenge for pve going.

2 通の返信I enjoy gambit. End game PvE can get tiresome and drawn out and strikes are just kind numbing. Crucible is good but I defiantly put my sweaty pants on every time I go in. Gambit is a mix of testing builds, levelling up weapons and has enough variables to keep each game slightly different. I also take it far less serious than any other mode and find it easy to grind.

Gambit could be a great core playlist activity . It just hasn't seen any updates &/or innovations since S6. No new maps or bosses/mechanics - in fact Bungie has removed maps & bosses. Like the Vanguard playlist 7 the Crucible - Gambit just needs new content on a regular cadence to be a good core playlist. It may not be your favorite, but it's fun to play. Funny aside, Gambit is my least favorite activity in the game, but The Drifter is my favorite character in the franchise.

3 通の返信Never had any new maps added since its introduction so it became tedious for me, and its unfortunate as the mode can be fun, Id personally like to see a 6 player per side version, the 4v4 concept was from vanilla d2 where even crucible was 4v4 for some dumb reason. If it had a unique armor set or exotics to chase I think more players would show interest too. But definitely far far overdue for new maps

I enjoy gambit. But, there are some issues. Players not playing and just hanging out to get the pinnacle. Motes dropping through the ground or other players not helping kill enemies but are quick to steal all of your motes. Only to NOT bank them. Even had an experience where at the beginning of the match as soon as we spawned in the other team instantly had a primeval and a portal and we were all killed within seconds of the match starting. I can only assume shenanigans in that match.

Illuminaryにより編集済み: 12/19/2022 12:03:28 AMGambit OG was really good but took too long with the three rounds. I didn't like prime as much but it was better than the version before this one. This current version is alright but I do miss running double special lead from gold since they kind of only let you get the ammo from the crates. Heavy spam make the mode less enjoyable, and invader overshield/wall hacks of any kind kill it too. With readily available heavy there shouldn't be a shield or wall hacks at all. Also the immune phases are pathetic, really shows bungie has no idea how to strategize boss fights. That, and every single dungeon and raid is filled with corny jumping puzzles.
