tl;dr - this worked for me I claimed the rewards on the Prime page, went in-game and found nothing available at Amanda Holiday. After reading this I unlinked my twitch and amazon accounts from my Bungie account, then re-linked them. When I signed back in, there are the rewards (well, no Drang as shown in the bundle, but that's probably a different issue).
