In all fairness horror least came out last season so if you played then you would have had a few chances. Also the changes to pulses have put rapid fire frames in a bad spot pvp wise. Remember Bungie reverted the range buff rapid fires basically have the same range as autos, and they nerfed handling for rapids and high impacts.
Not too mention NF exclusives seem to have very watered down rolls or they belong to weak archetypes. Honestly I'd say the FOTL pulse had much better roles, the only downside is it doesn't have an adept version.

Once they fixes it they swapped its rotation for another weapon later give players 2 chances last season. Not too mention it will still be available next season as well and shouldn't be removed till like S21 or 22.

I think hot head, plug 1, and maybe palindrome were really the only good NF exclusives. Then bungie just started given NF exclusives very weak perk combos Meanwhile trials is getting very strong and OP perk combos and even though their earned through pvp they are very strong in pve. Like reeds is still in the top 4 best dps weapons, the sword was the only one to have chain reaction for a year, even combos like triple/4th are really only good in pve but it dropped on a pvp exclusive.

OP is talking about drop rates for a weapon that came outblast season. It's not bungies fault they didn't log in and get it, and now they are complaining because it's only been available 2 times this season. Maybe thing before you type, but I'm guessing your just as lazy and didn't get it last season either.

Nah I got a good one which I barely use and number 2 the weapon was only available for one weekend, not even a whole week so I’m not sure where you get the two weeks availability from.. when he said drop, he meant that the weapon haven’t been in the loot pool most of the GMs this season. I don’t need the weapon but if you advertised the weapon for the week then that’s what it should be. oH No iT wAS iN thE lOot PoOL laSt seAsoN 🙃 duh Season 18 get it, EIGHTEEN, 18, 18, 18.
