Lumina is strong already for pve content, giving it anything else would put it over the top. The perk gives you health regen an a dmg boost with minimal uptime, w/caty that uptime is even lower. An in end game content especially if there's a champion mod for HC that season lumina can get nasty, on demand health an dmg boost which can be saved, when stowed, the HC is good where its at.
