The mobius nerf did essentially nothing. Celestial was buffed, but nerfed… The fragment getting a downside is an small trade off for one of the best fragments in the game. Rift stacked with 2x restoration and stag making you unable to die to any primary (and a lot of other things) inside of PvP and pretty much anything in pve. It most certainly needed a nerf. I’m sorry, but the things that got nerfed are some of the most obvious needs they’ve done. Most of which are minor nerfs that simply allow for more competition in loadout choice.
