Character help.
My other 2 characters have been completely wiped of everything and are set back to the very beginning on the game. I played my warlock and hunter a lot and the Titian very little but they should not have reset all the back to the beginning plus lose everything they had on them. Please help.

You additionally don't have any class triumphs unlocked for those two classes that might indicate you've played those classes in D2 before. The total playtime on your account shows 156 hours, all on your Warlock. You are most likely misremembering, or else you have played on a different account. Progress on triumphs and collections cannot be reset.

Having a quick look at your triumphs/end game stuff your raid/dungeon clears are warlock only, and class triumph wise you have 0 progress towards any besides unlocking sentinel/nightstalker (these dont reset if you delete characters)
