What I hate the most is how someone who already has it can get it multiple times afterwards. Why is that and why is it specific to raid exotics only? Who even knows if this affects the drops as well? What if you potentially got screwed out of your raid exotic drop because someone who already has it got it again that run? You cannot get any exotic weapon to drop that you already have and Bungie has since shoved all new exotic weapons into quests or season pass. So you're telling me I can potentially get Vex, Touch and whatnot multiple times, all static rolled guns but I have to wait upwards of MONTHS for Xur to bring a Hawkmoon or Dead Man's Tale that I want??? The two most rng guns in the game cannot be obtained by RNG drops?? Who designs this stuff 🤷
