Just out of curiosity, is it more of the character voice and facial appearance changes that are the issue or the visible body habitus of your character and how they look in their armor?
I totally get the former, because if you’re playing a cutscene with your helmet off and your character actually has spoken lines and a physical appearance then it does become a big deal.
Personally, if it were the latter then I’d think Bungie would be better off trying to retain a single unisex design model for armor and the like as wearing armor only has ever had one singular practical purpose; looks can be a secondary focus.
