Yes, that’s reticle friction. The reason it isn’t on M&K is because mouse is far more accurate, especially in micro movements. M&K has numerous other benefits to balance it out as well. Both of the inputs have differences to balance them out. If you think one is better then go use it. Of course you have admitted to not having ever used a controller before, so I doubt you’ll ever switch.

It really isn’t complicated. Micro movements are significantly easier to do with a Mouse than an analogue stick. That’s why controller has reticle friction and M&K doesn’t. An analogue stick is easier to control recoil with. That’s why M&K has less recoil than controller. The inputs are different, which is why they will have gameplay differences to balance them. It really is a simple concept.

If you do not aim yourself, you’re not going to hit shots. I get that you have never used it before, but that’s not really a good excuse at this point.
