The people who watch them are a cringe minority, the streamers themselves are a tiny, elitist and cringe minority aswell. Those facts already don't stop Bungie from almost exclusively catering all their development resources and efforts towards those MINORITIES. Won't change a bit if even less people watch them. Their mouths are the loudest, Bungie listens. That's apparently how Bungie wants to run their game.
