i agree with you but I’m confused on how streamers have any relation to that bug infested mess lol

eh I wouldn’t go that far. bungie (probably) has better things to focus on than the qualms of some streamers right now. if I had to guess it’s probably most hands on deck for lightfall, which kinda leaves annoying issues in the game that haven’t been patched for what seems like eons now.

Streaming is Free Advertisement Revenue for them. It's free product testing And it allows them to curate a public opinion by picking who is willing to lie to represent them. -- The unethical offloading of business costs by offering Free Advertisements or the avoidance of Unions for Video Game testers got avoided by bungie. They continue to take in millions of dollars, every few months from Eververse, and they save money on ad revenue, and product testing by having a priority of STREAMERS over casuals.

i mean i didn’t say that was false, but I think putting blame on streamers of all things for an annoying bug that hasn’t been patched is quite far-fetched. even the evil streamers are complaining about this bug lol

From a business perspective, they offer ATLEAST free ad revenue, and free product testing. They also provide an avenue to curate public opinion by using the network of influence to change the video game landscape by offering up money to thier partners to make videos talking about the product from a perspective that curates how people view the product. -- The problem with streamers is not that they are streaming. It's they dont have jobs outside of streaming (you will find that it's easier to sell yourself out in certian job fields, sell out your perspective for money,) The three big fields Politics, taking kickback money to influence lawmaking. Journalism, taking kickbacks to Curate the Political/ideological landscape And Streaming Influencers, the strive to bring accept by people means many of them sell themselves out to make money. Streaming is like a making a career in hockey/football. By the time your 35+ people have forgotten about you, and if you have no backup job you won't be able to make rent or afford to buy food. --- Evil streamers is a matter of perspective. For streaming could be a good thing, it allows people to communicate and talk with anyone anytime, anyplace. We can grow and evolve ideas around the world, we could be there in the hospital on wifi video streaming, or in a mall talking to a family member on Video Chat. Doing school projects at home well contributing on the same project. And ect well also being at work. Example: We had the chance to watch the Queen's FUNERALS, live from anywhere in the world. When Princess Diana died we didn't get that opportunity,. Streaming is like anything else it's based apon the ethical values one uses. Blaming Streamers avoids the problem: Bungie. Bungie makes money off curating this environment. Bungie makes money ensuring the system stays the way it is Don't blame streamers, look at the Executive Management Team currently in charge at BUNGIE
