It changes your fov to make it seem like you're going faster than you actually are. Further more, it doesn't enhance a thing for warlocks other than arc soul.. but who uses that? Even if you do.. so what? Why don't we get enhanced grenade, jolt, melee, and super? Because it literally does nothing like what was advertised in the video. Also, give warlocks blink on every class, it's only fair if hunter get double and triple jump on every class.
