Just ran a Vow of the disciple run for the red border chest at the end. It was going smooth, and was shaping to be a quick run. Then during final stand of rhulk the leader kicked me from the fireteam and possibly others. So I basically wasted an hour to just not get the red border, and to make matters worse I can’t even report the player as there is no recent players in game. I checked the fireteams again to see if I could find the post I joined originally but because it is closed I can’t find it anymore. Small oversight in the fireteams feature, just annoying to see scumbags and not have the ability to report them. If reporting would even do anything to begin with...
