Healthy way to reduce afk macro players in Crucible

The Problem: Crucible matches can be very fast (especially with free kills on guardians that aren't fighting back) and passively give rewards for existing in them when they complete. This heavily incentivizes bad behavior from players looking to get up to the season soft cap as well as players that want to grind a specific 5/5 roll on the seasonal crucible weapon (like Out of Bounds now or Riptide last season). When I say "bad behavior" I am referring to players that make a macro to jiggle their character back and forth to avoid the afk kick flag, queue into games, and do literally nothing while they watch something on another monitor or their phone. Proposed Solution: I assume there exists a segment of code that returns a boolean pass/fail for if you get loot at the end of a match based on some percent chance and some random generator. Something like random generaotr (0,100) and a result >= 60 gets loot. I think a very healthy way to mitigate this issue would be to change the random generator to a much smaller window like (0,40) and then add a value (0,60) determined by the players score line. Making this change would make it impossible for afk players to get rewards (unless some strange world where they add grenade throw on cd to the macro and get enough damage to score over 20) and heavily cut back the amount of people doing this. It would simultaneously make players feel very good and satisfied when they preform well and are directly rewarded for it with nearly guaranteed loot. Side Thoughts: The same change should probably also be done for low level nightfalls and gambit reward system. They aren't as commonly abused because the duration to play through them is much longer but they are still abused and would be much more if only crucible had this change made.
