Slow and duskfield needs the most help. It's been nerfed the most over the years and in pvp it takes a the full duration of standing in a duskfield to be frozen.
Even with slow applied you can still use dodge abilities and can slide through slow effects without picking up slow.
The only weapon really effected by slow is bows.

Oh yeah, totally agree with you on that, they need help. They removed the suck part of basically no damage grenade and added it to a grenade that actually damages you and can weaken you. If the suck part is now part of void 3.0 kit, they could lean to the area control more and disable the slide, dash, shoulder charge, dodge when slowed. Both sucking in and disabling movement abilities could potentially be too much. In pve stacks could accumulate faster since many enemies just walk out of the radius.
