Sometimes I pre enter the activity to see the mods before joining a group but that's no life to live. Fix 1 - Don't lock gear until AFTER load screen or maybe 30 seconds into game start. Ppl could cheese encounters by swapping at start though. Fix 2 - Make Ready buttons for everyone I hate readying up but getting locked out feels way worse.
