Decided to make a second one of these since the TWAB didn't mention the Kamehameha and I got stuck waiting on my D2 update to install...
Week 2 Idea: Casting Chaos Reach while amplified causes it to return Super energy as it damages enemies.
This would require reworking Geomags, ofc, but I think I'll save those ideas for later weeks.

76 通の返信I really don't get why people think chaos reach needs a buff, but your idea would be a good effect to put on geomags since we lost the top-off mechanic.

2 通の返信Mayhaps, Activating Chaos Reach while Amplified causes it to jolt targets. That way Amplify actually does something for you besides making you run fast. Jolting applies a debuff in itself so it would automatically make Chaos Reach better since that's a constant hit of pure damage, jolt debuffs and additional lighting shocks from the jolt effect.

I would like to see an exotic that allows for a short chaos burst without losing all your super energy. I mean, you go super for one second and you loose 3/4 of your energy. Scale this back for shorter controlled burst and give chaos more function…not more power. Just my 02

2 通の返信Amplify should also enhance grenades, melee, and jolt. Otherwise like with every other class, there's no reason to pick warlocks.

Since Bungie advertised Stormcaller as the Subclass that that uses Amplify to modify its abilities, they should add extra benefits to each ability when Amplified. Arc Soul: while Amplified, it counts as a grenade for Grenade-focused perks, mods, and abilities, including Spark of Shock and Elemental Ordinance. Chaos Reach: while Amplified, it Jolts targets. Stormtrance: while Amplified, Ionic Blink becomes Lightning Surge. Electrostatic Mind: collecting an Ionic Trace while Amplified makes your Arc Weapons apply Jolt on the next hit. Lightning Surge: while Amplified, the lightning strikes have increased radius, and Blind targets.

Good luck buddy. As much as I would like to see Chaos Reach get a buff or tweak, its sadly not gonna happen. Ive played arc warlock and find it fun to spam abilities at will but CR even with Geomags just dont cut it. Sad cause its my fav subclass. Which is why i will stick with void now. Also they are just now addressing dualitys totem where people randomly die. Took them this long to acknowledge this and hie long has this been out/been a problem? You have to remember if it benefits the player it will be addressed/"fixed" right away but its a known bug they "look into it"
