Hey there. Vex Mythoclast was introduced into Destiny 2 in May 2021 when the reprised version of Vault of Glass was added. I do not see any Vault of Glass completions on your account, so you could not have earned it in Destiny 2, especially if you have been inactive for at least 2 years.
You are possibly thinking of your playtime in the original Destiny.
