CrossSave issue
Hey Bungie!
I have tried to reach you on a variety of your social media plattforms but that didn't work so i'm trying it here.
I recently activated CrossSave on my account. I messed up a bit and now I want do deactivate it. But that's not possible because i recently bought Silver via steam for my account. Now my question is if you guys could please deactivate CossSave for me or help me to resolve that issue so I can play my leveled Characters. (If someone -blam!- this from the community who can help me I would be happy to see a solution thanks)
I know that's my fault but I would quite like to play this season because I was only able to play the day 1 raid and after that the crossave thing happened and if I would have to wait the 90 days i wouldn't have much time left to play that season.

No. Bungie will not bypass the timers from buying silver or the 90 day cooldown period before you can reactivate cross save for any reason. Do a search for "Cross save issues" on Bungie.net or the Destiny app to bring up a help guide which covers this.

21 通の返信The 90day lockout and 90day lockout for deactivating cross save are infact mandatory. Bungie will not remove it or shorten that time for any reason.
