That's funny because I've never felt so strong as a solar warlock instant ability regen and just started messing around with arc and I'm achieving the same thing so weird

Well considering sunbracers and the chest piece haven't been used widely in a long time it makes more sense for them to be the main thing used as their is only a select amount of players who try multiple playstyles rather than what's the fastest
