Graviton Lance meta with Uriel's Gift meta a close second. Early enough in D2 when options were limited and everyone ran the same gun so it just popped up non stop in the kill feed. I ranked Graviton Lance higher simply because when Bungie changed its rate of fire and made it a two burst, it was a faster ttk than any other primary and Cosmology just seemed to chain kills with ease.
