Why I’m leaving DESTINY.
Too many repetitive missions
Not enough content for the yearly DLC
I wanted to start fresh hoping there be a Destiny 3 , I just can’t deal with another Destiny 2 DLC year.
Have to spend so many hours trying to get a specific weapon for later to be Vaulted it’s annoying.
The fact that your adding stuff from Destiny 1 to the game such as Raids it’s ridiculous.
I had hope that since PlayStation bought Bungie there be a Destiny 3 refresh. Anyways it’s just not worth my money or time for the game anymore. Wish the new players the best it is a great game for someone who has never played the game for the veterans it’s getting old doing the same thing over and over and over…….

If you've read recent TWABs you'll know that they learned from their mistake and promised to stop Vaulting content. Destiny 2 for years has been the ongoing story without any record of a D3 because the Darkness saga (which is what the entirety of D2 has been about) is still ongoing until the Final whatever it's called. The Legacy content, like KF or VoG is because old D1 players were begging for Bungie to bring them back, which is why they're under the Nostalgia section (i.e. Legacy). Also, Playstation didn't buy Bungie, Sony did. And yes, there's a difference. That's like saying Harman Kardon bought something, when in fact, Samsung owns them. Since you keep talking about Destiny 3, you obviously missed the dozens of posts about why it won't be a thing for at the next two DLC's, and possibly beyond. Also, it'd be great if you didn't speak for all veterans - because true veterans of the game know that it's not WHAT you play, it's WHO you play with.

Worst mistake anyone can make. And all those that you have mentioned are very poor, stupid excuses. You are sticking with destiny 2. Face facts: THERE WILL BE NO DESTINY 3!!!!! So stop complaining and stick with destiny 2. Ok? Ok.

Good thing Destiny 2 is all about WHO you play with, and not WHAT you play. If everything is too repetitive for you, then maybe an MMO Looter Shooter isn't your game type. It's definitely not for everyone.

1 返信1. Then go for triumphs/seals 2. That's why you have the option to buy season passes. Expansions are supposed to be experiences, Seasonal content is the filler till the next experience. 3. You'll be waiting forever. 4. They stopped vaulting, also,if you care about your time so much you probablyaren't doing activities that need godrolls or pinnacles 5. Ohh Noooo, not FREE CONTENT! Heaven forbid they begin merging content from the two games which is exactly what we wanted as soon as the game dropped 6. Okay, bye. See you for Lightfall, the most hyped/FOMO expansion to release

Take a break. This game, this franchise….It is what it is. A hybrid between Fortnite and WOW that utilizes FOMO to drive player retention. Get off the hamster wheel. Nothing much will have changed between now and February 2023 so you have lots of time to immerse yourself in something else.

3 通の返信I’m actually really shocked you brought up Bungie bringing back old raids when you only have ever attempted Scourge and NONE of the other raids…. I think you just either refuse to get out of your comfort zone and play with other players in harder activities that you might be used to and in turn call it a bland game when (in my personal opinion) you are just a bland player. And yes before you get upset I raid reported you and checked your overall time on destiny as a whole as to not reply without crossing my t’s and dotting my i’s. I really would like to see a change from the casual player blaming the game on being boring and stale when all they do is strikes…

Yup. I either grind out the season pass in the first few weeks or the last lol. I take month long breaks in between seasons and play apex legends most of the time. I still enjoy destiny in small doses but it gets very boring for me as more of a solo player that uses LFG for everything. I also stopped playing pvp when apex legends came out so that drastically lowered my interest in grinding PVE for PVP loot. It's an old game it's still pretty good but it does get tedious and repetitive pretty fast these days.
