Taipan LFR, Ammit AR2 red border progression not happening
I cannot progress through the shaper seasonal challenge since the records aren't recording the patterns for the 2 weapons i already crafted this week which were the ammit ar2 and the taipan lfr. I did 5 red borders and completed them and it still isn't completing it for me on the records or the seasonal challenge but i already crafted them.

I just finished extracting my 5th pattern of Cataclysmic and my second for Amitt AR2 but those are not showing as completed despite seeing the notification that a pattern was extracted from the weapons. For some reason I was able to craft an Amitt AR2 and it's in my inventory but sadly couldn't do the same for a Cataclysmic. I think it has something to do with being maxed out in crafting materials but I can't be sure.
