Hi there. Try verifying the integrity of your game files.
If that doesn't work, did you or someone else buy the DLCs with a different account that was game sharing with the account you play the game on? If so, you or they may have stopped sharing. See Steam for game sharing support.
If you purchased the licenses yourself with the same account you're playing on, check that the DLCs are installed in your library. If they aren't verify the DLC purchases in your purchase history or bank account and contact Steam Support with the information.
Bungie has no control over DLC licenses. Those can only be granted and revoked by the platform you purchased them from. If they try to tell you to talk to Bungie again, ask for a supervisor.
Yeah I have verified the files I had all the dlcs on steam and Xbox I had the cross save and all the yellow ticks to show it and had been playing on both Xbox and steam. The issue is now I have repurchased the dlcs because I was fed up with steam and they now don’t care
