Another exotic that will go in my vault just like second chance last season (can’t even break a barrier shield) With it equipped it should allow overcharge for thunderclap meaning the more you hold the more damage you can do with the lightning strikes meaning red bars and majors get deleted Wouldn’t effect PvP as you have to charge it to like 90% for a ohk which lets say you overcharge to 120% you’re stationary and a sitting duck
