Pinnacle drops, they truly need dupe protection or change !!!
Been working on all pinnacles for all 3 caracters. my titan only needed 4 pinnacles this week to get too max light. But all i get are energy weapon dops. That is just insane !!! I had a total of 2 drops on armor, 1 or 2 on kinetic weapons, and 1 or 2 on heavy. All other drops are energy weapons. Not for one caracter, for all 3 !! This get's really out of hand, as it looks every season the drops are more and more dupes.

The pinnacle grind is the number one turn off for me. I wouldn’t mind it much if it was linked to the activities you like to do. If you want to play Crucible then you should be able to get all your pinnacle rewards by playing crucible. Same with Gambit, Strikes or, if you’re like me, I want to earn my pinnacles by playing the new seasonal content. Not stuff I’ve done thousands of times before.

This is a common complaint each season. To this day, I've never seen anyone from Bungie acknowledge it anywhere. Even when a forum topic is heavily upvoted here. It's not like they don't see it. Which means they intend for it to stay this way. I finally just stopped focusing on them the past couple seasons and it's been much better. With artifact power enabled, I'll always be at the necessary light to do everything. Not that it excuses their poor pinnacle drop system of course.

Seasonal design is so bad they make you run the hamster wheel the whole year round. Dupes? Yeah, that’s part of the plan too. Do you know what duped means? It means deceived. You are being deceived thinking you are playing but you’re not, you are actually running the hamster wheel. Watch out where you step, you are literally stepping over your footprints over and over again. Haha!

I'm at the brink at being done with the game cause of pinnacle grind. Blows my mind that people could do it for years. I'm six months in and this is by far the worst part of the game. It's trash beyond any reason. I just can't do this no more. I will rather stare into a wall.

13 通の返信They should rename Pinnacle Reward to 'Energy Weapon Reward.' Did the Raid and got 4 Fusion Rifles. Guess I just won't level up.

2 通の返信Defenders of this really don't get it. It's not the grind that's the problem. It's the gambling. Most players aren't upset over not being max light yet. They're upset over playing for hours and making literally no progress. We're all just playing with gas station scratch cards here, and personally, I'd rather grind than gamble.

in my opinion just remove pinnacle cap, should be just powerful cap, the pinnacle grind only burns people out, and if really needed we can limit power level with contest modifier anyway. or give us a highly increased chance for the drop to be the gear from our inventory that has the lowest power level.

It's not just pinnacles, it's loot in general. Just got done doing my last Expedition on my hunter, the powerful reward for 125 treasures banked was the seasonal cloak, the reward from the chest was the seasonal cloak, the reward from the extra map chest was the seasonal cloak, and the reward for the emote with the crew was THE -blam!- SEASONAL CLOAK.

You know how master level raids have rotational armor drops with a focus to a certain stat? They should do that for weapons but make it daily. High chance for heavy weapons on Monday, energy weapons on Tuesday. Etc etc. maybe bungie can polish this idea but honestly I only run the raids for exotics so I don’t care either way.

1 返信Thiis is the most stupid idea i have ever seen in game industry. Just make leveling like our artifact. Just play the game kill the adds , finish the quest . Taaa taam ....your guardian is ready for end game activities

1 返信Working as intended. It’s week two! I have one max light character and one needs arms and the other needs a class item. Maybe I should make a post on the forums crying about RNG too.

Still wish we could just do activities and focus engrams into pinnacles that we needed. It wouldn't be cheap but would be worth it. FFXIV has a system where you get daily currencies through the daily roulette and you can even earn more by selecting certain dungeons, trials ETC. It should be like that.
