Linear Fusion Rifle crafting - charge time or impact?
hey all, quick question. looking at the Taipan I finally got leveled high enough to change the frame, and noticed that the charge rate frame lowers impact by a few points, so the question is obvious: charge rate or impact? which does the community generally consider better for the most part or is it kind of personal preference?
