Don't open unless you've played this week's seasonal quest [spoiler]we received a bit more insight into the relics we're recovering from the pirates this week. They inherently involve some for of darkness. Mithrax is hellbent on obtaining them before eramis can. At first glance, it's a classic "get the resources before your enemy" situation. However, add this to mithrax's vehement worship of the traveler and the light, even after it abandoned his people during their collapse, the so-called whirlwind, and things become a bit more complex. I think that this isn't the first time mithrax has seen these artifacts. In fact, I think it's possible that mithrax [i]used[/i] these artifacts in the past and they backfired on him in some way that made him renounce them and devote himself directly to the light. In the worst case scenario, I wonder if this is the reason the traveler abandoned the eliksni in the first place? Or maybe that's going a step to far. Regardless, I think mithrax has a history with these devices, and the dark truth of the kell will come into the light this season[/spoiler] What do you think?
